Web site www.FOTODISKONT.com is the registered trademark of company FOTOTRGOVINA Ltd, Kržičeva 9, Ljubljana, VAT number: SI46071318 and is protected as industrial property. The owner and administrator of the web site is FOTOTRGOVINA Ltd.
As a registered trademark, the web site www.FOTODISKONT.com enjoys industrial property rights protection, according to industrial rights legislation. FOTOTRGOVINA Ltd alone is entitled to use its www.FOTODISKONT.com registered trademark. Any third party using the same mark or similar trademark to www.FOTODISKONT.com without written agreement will be prosecuted.
Web site www.FOTODISKONT.com can be used only in accordance with these general operating conditions, which FOTOTRGOVINA Ltd reserves the right to modify at any time. It is considered that every visitor or user is acquainted and agrees with the general conditions stated below. 3. Orders and delivery time
The Web store is open continuously except in cases of technical breakdown and necessary maintenance work. We take orders from our customers from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 16:00 with the exception of holidays. Products for all orders placed before 16:00 will be sent within two working days if products are in stock. We always try to accept your orders and send you products as soon as we can. Buyers are informed about the expected delivery time at confirmation of an order (see instructions at purchase). The time of delivery may be extended if the product is not in stock.

4. Prices and method of payment
All prices are in EUR and include 20% VAT. Prices in the web store www.FOTODISKONT.com are discounted, which is shown as a percentage next to every product. All prices are valid till recall.

In the web store www.FOTODISKONT.com it is possible to pay in many ways:
- with a pre-invoice payment
Companies and individuals can ask for a pre-invoice and pay the amount to our account. To receive a pre-invoice buyers must provide us with all the required information that we request in the order process. If a product is not in stock, the delivery time information is also included. A pre-invoice can be sent by mail, fax or e-mail. Pre-invoices are provided within 2 business days after receiving an order.

- by mobile phone (Moneta)
All users of Mobitel GSM services can pay with Moneta. Mobitel adds every amount of your purchase to the account of telephone services you used.

- with cash on delivery
With cash on delivery buyers pay for delivered goods to the delivery service.

-with cash in the store when collecting goods in person
Buyers pay for ordered goods at the cash desk at the headquarters of the company.

- with credit card when collecting goods in person
Buyers can pay for ordered products at the headquarters of FOTOTRGOVINA Ltd with the following credit cards: BA/Maestro, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express, Visa and Karanta. The costs of payment by credit card are half of the discount amount and are added to amount of the order.

- paying by instalments at personal collection of the goods
We offer GA credit service for paying by 2 to 18 monthly instalments. The buyer pays monthly instalments every 18th of the month by standing order on his personal bank account. The effective interest rate is stated in the contract made at headquarters of FOTOTRGOVINA Ltd. For signing the contract the buyer needs a valid personal ID document and bank account card. Conditions for making the contract are regular and steady monthly income in a period of at least 6 month before making the contract.
The costs of paying by instalments are half of the discount amount and are added to the amount of the order.The maximum amount of the loan is SIT 250,000 .

5. Delivery or personal collection of the goods
The Buyer collects the ordered goods at the headquarters of Fototrgovina Ltd, Kržičeva 9, Ljubljana from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00. Your orders will quickly, safely and without fail arrive at your address with the delivery service of the Slovenian Postal Service or Yellogistics.

6. Warranty and authorized services
Products in the web store www.FOTODISKONT.com are warranted if so stated in the guarantee. All products with warranty have it from the importer or producer and also enjoy guaranteed repairs in Slovenia. When making a claim on the warranty, the conditions and time of the warranty are important for its validity, which is stated in the guarantee, which is appended to a product. The Warranty is valid in accordance with the guarantee and when the bill of purchase is enclosed with the guarantee. The Warranty is not valid in cases of damage because of improper use, mechanical damage and defects caused by force majeure.

7. Reclamation and returning goods
Every reclamation and return of goods is dealt with every time according to valid consumer law. The buyer can return goods without having to pay any indemnity. The buyer must announce his intention to return the goods in at least 15 days from receiving the goods in writing through the e-mail address info@fotodiskont.com and return the goods within 15 days. A copy of the bill of purchase must be enclosed and products must be unused, undamaged and packed in the original packaging. The buyer bears the costs incurred when returning purchased goods. FOTOTRGOVINA Ltd will exchange the goods or reimburse the purchase price at least in 15 days from receiving returned goods.Return of goods after 15 days from purchase is possible with special authorization from FOTOTRGOVINA Ltd. Reimbursing of purchasing price is not possible, however the customer is issued a credit note that can be used for purchasing other products from the FOTOTRGOVINA product line.

8. Sale contract
The sale contract that the company makes with the buyer at purchase is kept at the headquarters of FOTOTRGOVINA d.o.o., Kržičeva 9, Ljubljana. It is available on request to buyers during the opening hours of the retail store:
Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00
